Harold Rozanski
Plant Manager
Harold grew up in Lewis County New York working on a family dairy farm. He attended Canton Agricultural and Technical College where he received a degree in Electronic Technology. He has over 30 years of management experience in the manufacturing industry working with high precision, high speed manufacturing equipment under FDA guidelines. Harold's knowledge of manufacturing, maintenance methodologies, computers, and automated controls will allow him to effectively manage our state-of-the-art computerized AminoMax production mill.
Dick Wark
General Manager
Dick Wark is General Manager of Afgritech. Dick is a native Montanan and has over 40 years of diverse sales, marketing, management and business experience. Dick has spent over 30 years in the feed industry. Dick's goal oriented, customer service based approach to business, along with his vast knowledge and experience, and keen sense of the livestock industry, make him an effective leader and tremendous asset. Dick currently sits on the Board of Directors for the American Feed Industry Association, and is a former board member of the Montana Feed Association.
Les Berghorn
Regional Sales Manager
Les has over 30 years in the dairy feed business. He has held a number of positions over his career including Dairy Nutritionist, Region Sales Manager, Operation Manager and Dairy Division Manager. Les has excellent knowledge of the Northeast dairy market and understands the needs of the dairy industry.
